Until now, Teracy only allowed preset background music.
But many of you told us: “I want to work with my favorite songs” or “I want to share the same music with my teammates.”
To answer that, we’ve added a brand-new feature.
Spotify Jam Support
If you’re a Spotify user, you can now use a Jam link to share the same track in the same space.
When someone starts a song, everyone hears it at the same time—an experience of truly listening together beyond distance.
YouTube Link Playback
Paste any YouTube link, and the music will play seamlessly in the background.
Stream your favorite playlist or focus tracks, and create a space that feels uniquely yours.
Music changes the atmosphere and shapes the space around us.
With this update, your time on Teracy will feel more personal—and more connected—than ever.
Chat Update: Zoom in on Shared Images 🖼️✨
With this update, you can now click on an image to zoom in and see it in detail.
This makes it easier to check design details, read text, or simply enjoy a clearer view.
No more squinting at tiny previews—communication just got smoother and more convenient.
Room Creation UI Update 🏠✨
We’ve made several improvements to the room creation UI to make it more intuitive and delightful:
Rooms now have a striped transparent design for better visibility
Overlapping rooms are highlighted in red
The maximum room size has been expanded
When minimized to the smallest size, rooms now “pop” with a soft animation
These adjustments make creating and customizing rooms smoother, clearer, and more enjoyable.
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements ⚡️
This update includes important fixes and optimizations:
Bug Fix
Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions with larger groups, a user’s icon would not properly follow the cursor when dragged.
Performance Improvements
Significantly reduced memory consumption
Reduced overall bundle size
Updated various dependencies to their latest versions
Livekit adjustments: Improved infrastructure to ensure more stable audio connections
