During the update performed around 12:05 AM (JST) on October 3, we identified a potential issue where some users may be unable to proceed past the system maintenance page.
If you are experiencing this issue, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please follow the steps below to reinstall the application, which should resolve the problem.
🔧 How to Resolve by Reinstalling
[Mac]
Quit the application from the Dock
Download the latest version from our official website
Replace the old application with the newly downloaded version
[Windows]
Right‑click the Teracy icon in the task tray (the row of icons at the bottom of your screen)
Click “Quit Teracy” to close the app
Download the latest version from our official website
Install the new version to replace the existing one
