We have identified a potential issue following the update on October 3rd, around 12:05 AM (JST). Some users may be experiencing a problem where they are unable to proceed past the system maintenance page.
If you are encountering this issue, we kindly ask you to resolve it by reinstalling the application according to the steps below.
🔧 How to Resolve by Reinstalling
For Mac Users:
Quit the application from your Dock.
Download the latest version from our Official Website.
Replace the old application with the newly downloaded version.
For Windows Users (Uninstallation is not required):
Close the application.
Download the latest version from our Official Website.
Install the new version to replace the existing one.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and implementing improvements to prevent a recurrence.
