【Event Report】Teracy 1.0 Launch & 2025 Year-End Party

2025 was a year of profound transformation for Teracy.

From the initial birth of the product to the official release of "Teracy 1.0," it has been a whirlwind six months of walking hand-in-hand with our users. To celebrate this milestone, we hosted an evening where we transformed our online connections into real-world energy, joined by approximately 150 of our closest community members.

1. A Portrait of a New Community: 150 Personalities Intertwined

As we stepped into the venue, we were met with an energy that far exceeded our expectations.

Gathered here were the invaluable friends and colleagues we have met through the Teracy platform. The room was a tapestry of diverse backgrounds: entrepreneurs carving out the future, designers driven by their unique aesthetics, engineers building the world through logic, and the investors who, as our partners, share our vision and build the future alongside us.

It has been several months since our first event in Kyoto. The conviction we felt then—that "when people with beautiful intentions gather, it becomes a beautiful place"—has evolved into an even stronger community here in Tokyo.

2. The Power of "Sound": Stitching Hearts and Shaping the Atmosphere

At a Teracy event, music is never just background noise. It is the very framework of the space—a force that synchronizes each participant’s heartbeat and stitches our hearts together.

The comfortable beats enveloped the room, heightening the "resolution" of our conversations. The soundscapes spun by the DJ acted as a catalyst, melting away the walls between us and creating a resonance that transcended words. This high-quality "vibe" transformed a group of strangers into "companions sharing the same space." As people surrendered to the rhythm and raised their glasses, conversations flowed naturally. This sense of "belonging" is exactly the fusion of digital and physical experiences Teracy aims to provide in offline settings.

3. Designing Connection: Technology as a Bridge for "First Encounters"

At the heart of this event was a new form of communication experience, powered by a web app developed specifically for this night.

We wanted to solve the common anxieties of offline events: the uncertainty of not knowing who is attending and the psychological hurdle of starting a conversation. By allowing participants to register in advance, check profiles via SNS integration, and send "interested" signals before the event even began, we fostered an open atmosphere where anyone felt they could talk to anyone at any time. "I finally got to meet the person I was messaging through the app." "New connections are branching out through mutual friends." The app served as a tool to transform chance encounters into "intentional reunions." It was the moment where online connections were seamlessly replicated in the real world.

4. The Boundary Between Business Rigor and Casual Resonance

The networking at the venue was far from formal or stiff.

At one table, you could see people huddled around tablets and smartphones, discussing the latest products and technologies with serious, focused eyes. These dialogues, built on mutual respect for each other's expertise, were the epitome of intellectual "resonance."

Meanwhile, just a few steps away, others were laughing off the challenges of a turbulent 2025, enjoying a relaxed moment where seeds of new ideas were being found in casual chatter. The atmosphere spoke volumes: Teracy’s essence lies in supporting and encouraging people to connect simply as human beings, transcending the frameworks of "business" or "community." Each participant brought their own story, and over the course of the night, those stories were woven together into something complex and beautiful.

5. Closing 2025: A Message from Teracy CEO, Morii
